\"Untitled\"<\/a>RUN!<\/strong>: The Hyderabad Runners<\/strong><\/a>, arguably “the best running club in India” will have the\u00a0 4th\u00a0Edition of their Club Run on\u00a0Sunday 17th February, 2013<\/b>. This edition of the Club Run includes 10K, 21K and 3K segments.<\/p>\n

\n

HR<\/strong> have been promoting\u00a0running in the cities\u00a0of Hyderabad and Secunderabad with the aim of making running the most preferred form of fitness and leisure activity.\u00a0This run begins and ends in the University campus and will include road and a bit of trail run. The route will be identified by route markers.<\/p>\n

There will be aid-stations at every 2 kms providing runners with water, electrolytes,\u00a0fruits and first aid. Since it is <\/b>a Sunday<\/strong>, there is likely to be low traffic, but you should be careful in running.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

To register, go online <\/strong><\/a> and fill the online\u00a0registration form. Starting Point:<\/b>\u00a0University of Hyderabad, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Collect your bibs on Sunday 17th, @ the race venue at The University of Hyderabad from: 5:00am to 5:45am.<\/p>\n

This is the First<\/strong> of the UoH Half Marathon<\/strong>s… Which means, of course, that I’m hoping that that this will be an Annual feature<\/strong>. Perhaps even a Full Marathon<\/strong> in time to come?? Enjoy!<\/p>\n

PAINT!:<\/strong> The Sarojini Naidu School<\/strong>, in collaboration with the IndiraGandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya<\/strong><\/a> in Bhopal are organizing a 10 day workshop of Tribal Paintings- some great painters have come to our campus and will conduct a workshop with the Fine Arts Department.
